Abstract
This article is related to the use of forensic psychology (such as polygraph, narco-analysis, and brain printing test) in the criminal justice system. In this article, the author has critically analyzed the views taken by human rights champions (i.e. the forensic psychology violates human and fundamental rights of the accused person). Further, the author has commented on the usefulness of forensic psychology and the accuracy & admissibility of forensic psychology.
