Abstract

Capital Structure and Long-Term Solvency position are very important to every company which in profit-making motive companies. According to this concept, the present study is made to assess the capital structure and long term solvency position of Tata Steel Company. The present study use the financial tools like percentage and ratios to analyze the data from 2000-01 to 2014-15. Based on results and findings the suggestion is given which is applicable only to Tata Steel (Stand-alone) Limited Only.
