Abstract
The risk of vertical transmission during vaginal delivery in COVID-19 pregnant patient is currently a topic of debate. This case demonstrates that the neonatal contamination with SARS-CoV-2 during vaginal birth is possible, because of the presence of the virus in the rectum and feces of COVID-19 pregnant patients.
