Abstract

In mobile computing, the dependency of applications on cloud computing technology has introduced the concept of mobile edge clouds. A centralized cloud provides various services like infrastructure, platform and software as a service at any place and at any time. Mobile edge clouds are introduced to bring the computation near to the client. These clouds act as small servers those are connected to the gadgets directly within small areas. The main issue faced during the use of mobile edge clouds is the good performance and high availability of applications. This paper introduces the concept of mobile edge computing and analyzed the performance using KVM and Dockers.
