Abstract
This paper is a brief exposition of the concept of value from which the founder of the Trialist Theory starts, his position in relation to the objectivity of justice, and the later developments of Trialism with respect to the dikelogical methodology, and his clarifying contribution, for the argumentative possibility that we develop in support of the objectivity of the absolute and distinctive value of Law, that the change of Era evidences, using the concepts of diachrony and synchrony of structuralism and quantum physics time.
