Spanish Abstract: En el artículo se analiza el tratamiento normativo internacional sobre el derecho a la educación, y la importancia del acceso a Internet como garantía del mismo; especialmente en tiempos de cuarentena obligatoria.
English Abstract: The article analyses the international normative treatment of the right to education, and the importance of Internet access as a guarantee of this right, especially in times of quarantine.
