Abstract

Technology has significantly changed our lives. A lot many researches are being undertaken to determine the adoption of technological changes. The paper attempts to determine adoption of E-filing which is a new paper introduced in the curriculum of University of Delhi. The sample frame is teachers and students of University of Delhi who have been teaching or studying this paper. The paper adopts validated instrument of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model to test the objective of determining the factors that affect the intention to use E-filing. Mainly 6 factors were explored from the Literature Review, “Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Trust of The Government, Trust of the Internet, Computer Anxiety, Intention to Use and Optimum Bias”. The Structure Equation Modelling was used to test the model and its validity. Performance Expectancy, Optimum Bias and Trust of the Government were discovered to be the significant factors.
