Russian abstract: Управление проектом в любой сфере деятельности требует повышенное внимание к организации слаженной работы коллектива, особенно в условиях постоянно изменяющихся требований к результату проекта. Для работы с проектами в таких условиях подходит метод гибкого управления проектом Agile. Гибкий метод управления проектом Agile представляет собой несколько определенных жесткими сроками этапов работы - спринтов, позволяющих команде постоянно оценивать результаты проделанной работы и получать отзывы от заказчика и других участников проекта. Такой подход позволяет совершать мгновенные изменения продукта при поступлении новых требований от заказчиков

English abstract: Project management in any field of activity requires increased attention to the organization of well-coordinated work of the team, especially in the context of constantly changing requirements for the project result. The agile project management method is suitable for working with projects in such conditions. Agile is a flexible method of project management that consists of several stages of work defined by strict deadlines - sprints that allow the team to constantly evaluate the results of the work done and receive feedback from the customer and other project participants. This approach allows you to make instant changes to the product when new requirements are received from customers
