Abstract
English Abstract: The phenomenon of deficiency of right-depriving jural facts in a civil law and its forms are explored in the article, the influence of defects on ability of right-depriving jural facts to cause the proper consequences are analyzed, the forms that display the deficiency of right-depriving jural acts and legal actions were found out.
Ukrainian Abstract: У статті досліджено явище дефектності правоприпиняючих юридичних фактів в цивільному праві та його форми, проаналізовано вплив дефектів на здатність правоприпиняючого юридичного факту викликати відповідні наслідки, з’ясовано форми прояву дефектності правоприпиняючих юридичних актів і юридичних вчинків.
