Abstract

The main objective of the International Journal of General Studies is to enhance the detection of connections between disciplines by providing an international platform for the publication of research papers by scholars from diverse fields. With the publication of this edition, IJGS has taken the first step towards the full realization and sustenance of this objective. Although the university system offers each programme of study as a distinct course, the prefix “uni-“ (meaning “single” or “one”) evokes a network of diverse pursuits linked together by some overlapping fluid of general relevance applicability.

Keywords: Knowlege, disciplines, General Studies
