Abstract
English Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of suspensive and resolutive conditions over the rights and responsibilities of its parties. The author researches the objective and subjective, forward and reverse orders the termination of the rights and obligations of parties to the transaction, defines the requirements of suspensive and resolutive reality of the deal.
Ukrainian Abstract: Стаття присвячена розгляду особливостей впливу скасувальної та відкладальної умов правочину на права та обов’язків його сторін. Автором досліджено об’єктивний та суб’єктивний, прямий та зворотній порядки припинення прав та обов’язків сторін правочину, визначено вимоги дійсності відкладальної та скасувальної умов правочину.
