Abstract
In the 21st Century, Business sectors are changing rapidly with the existence of Industrial Revolution 4.0, Companies nowadays are becoming more and more dynamic. Especially in this Era of Distruption where rapid changes in the business environment and customer needs, creating new challenges for companies to be able to always adapt and transform with the new environment. Because of these new challenges a lot of new startups have risen in this 21st century. One of the Startup that answered today’s challenge and has risen into one of the world’s Unicorn is Canva, an Australian Startup that engages in graphic design industry. Canva has a unique Work Environment that enable the company’s to adapt to a new situation that they never face before, like the COVID-19 Pandemic that made startups have to work from home. Canva is one of startups that successfully apply the work from home environment. Canva maintain the employees relationships and vibes by making the work from home environment similar to Canva’s Office Vibes like moving the clubs online, having a movie night, and many else. How canva respond to this pandemic to keep the company’s vibes culture alive is efficient because they have a lot to offer for their employees in order to maintain control of subcultures inside the company
