Abstract
In the beginning of 2020, the world faced a terrible disaster. The disaster is known as COVID-19 or Corona Virus Disease 19. The impact of this "little monster" is no joke. A number of governments in developed countries have even decided to close the city so that residents do not leave the house (lockdown). This case makes residents do anything in their own home. Start from study to work. In working at home, it means that coordination is needed through the internet network. All industrial sectors are forced to change their way of working to face this lockdown reality, especially in tech-company. In this essay, author will explain how to manage software development project using virtual teams in situations of war against COVID-19.
