This Article takes a topical approach to the notable real property cases decided by the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court in this survey period, October 1, 2004, through September 30, 2005, and analyzes noteworthy cases in each of the following areas: land use law, real estate contracts, landlord/tenant law, and developments in the common law of property.
