Abstract

We have successfully synthesized a near-infrared fluorescent probe for continuous detection of zinc ions and PPi, and the probe YX has good selectivity and anti-interference ability for Zn2+. After adding Zn2+ to the probe YX solution, red fluorescence is released. The [YX+Zn2+] complex is formed, and the coordination ratio of probe YX to Zn2+ is 1:1, which can be used for quantitative detection of Zn2+, and the detection limit is 2.02×10-8M. Subsequently, PPi was added to the solution that completed the reaction, and due to the strong binding ability of Zn2+ and PPi, ZnPPi precipitation was formed, and the red fluorescence disappeared, and the quantitative detection of PPi was realized, and the detection limit was 2.06×10-8M. Through biological experiments, it can be proved that probe YX has low cytotoxicity, good biopermeability and biocompatibility, and can complete in vitro cell detection of Zn2+ and PPi. At the same time, bacterial experiments show that probe YX also has certain research value in the field of environmental monitoring and microbiology. Fluorescence imaging experiments on mice show that probe YX has potential application value in the field of biological imaging. Since the fluorescence intensity of the fluorescence signal changes at 646 nm during the detection of Zn2+ and PPi, we designed the corresponding logic gates. In addition, probe YX has good applicability for the detection of Zn2+ and PPi in actual samples.
