Abstract
In his chapter in the forthcoming book Antitrust Stories (Foundation Press, Eleanor Fox and Dan Crane editors), Don Baker retells the story of the FTC's enforcement action against the D.C. Superior Court Trial Lawyers, who agreed not to take further criminal indigent defendant work until they received a pay raise.
