A Forum Selection Clause is a clause that determines contractually the venue and the legal system to be applied in case of a dispute arising between or among parties.
This work compares the legal positions of the above three jurisdictions: United States, England and South Africa. This work can be useful to commercial arbitrators and lawyers alike.
