Abstract
Social collectives have normative minds and can be explored in terms of their social psychological processes. They also have pathologies that impact on their ability to operate effectively internally, or externally. To explore this, the paradigm Knowledge Cybernetics will be used, and illustrations of the internal and externally directed pathologies are provided by looking at corruption and aspects or corporate sociopathic behaviour.
