Abstract
This article details the rationale for developing course materials for a legal environment adapting to the internet. The internet has dramatically changed ways of doing business, and along with it, the laws governing business transactions. The law is being re-written in response to the new business applications made possible by internet & information technology innovations. This article outlines the content of a cyberlaw course and describes how professors can engage with students and enable them to recognize the legal ramifications of conducting business transactions online.
