Abstract
This short article discusses the settlement of a case involving the attempted termination of a tax-deductible perpetual conservation easement. The settlement was a victory for the Wyoming Attorney General, who challenged a local county’s improper transfer of the easement to new owners of the land for the purpose of terminating the easement.
