Abstract

In this paper, the academician-practitioner examines the key leadership ways of India’s Mahatma Gandhi. Leadership qualities, lessons and relevance are examined, and this paper can be seen as a survey of several key leadership qualities of the Father of India, the extraordinary who led the struggle for Indian independence from the British Empire. Added to these, his basic communication ways (skills) were also examined.
