Abstract
This law relates to the law of procedure as applied by the Pakistani law courts in respect of compelling production of documents and other movable property. Chapter 7 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 deals with it. It is an exhaustive law on the subject. The relevant law is contained by sections 94 to 99 of the said Code. The law on the subject has been examined critically and also in the light of judicial precedents. There is also appreciation of the constitutional rights of the accused and the application of this law in that light.
