Abstract
A basic set of Information & Research Competency Skill Sets should be acquired before students enter the legal academy. The article reformulates the skills and values found in the McCrate Report and a set of technology-based competencies found in Beyond Workplace 2000 to create skill sets students and attorneys should master to be considered competent electronic information users.
