Abstract

This article, the second in a trilogy of annotated bibliographies on legal writing, law school pedagogy, and legal writing pedagogy, classifies mostly general (not subject-specific) pedagogical sources. The selections range from single-page articles to monographs and are intended to help new and more seasoned law professors improve student learning.
