Abstract

La investigacion analiza la jurisprudencia Anglo-Americana y la organiza por etapas. El autor prueba que el derecho al consentimiento informado surge en el derecho anglo americano y es un derecho que puede ser considerado fundamental para un paciente.

The author proves that the right of informed consent arises in the Anglo-American law and is a right that can be considered essential for a patient.
