Abstract
In this article, Professor Linda Malone explores the in depth issues surrounding the Kahan Report. In 1982, Isreali armies, located in Lebanon, permitted Phalangists, a Lebanese Christian militia, into refugee camps that housed many Palestians; the Phalangists went on a massacre killing hundreds of Pakistanis, Algerians, Lebanese, Palestinians, Syrians, and Iranians. In 1983, an Isreali commission of investigation into the massacres wrote the Kahan Report, which established that, the State of Isreal and multiple Isreali individuals were “indirectly” accountable for the massacre.
