Abstract
This article explores the case Sharon v. Time, the Kahan Report, and Sharon’s responsibility under International Law. In 1982, Lebanese Christian militias massacred a refugee camp, guarded by the Israeli Defense Forces. The Kahan Report, commissioned to find out more about the massacre, placed indirect responsibility on various Israeli people, including Sharon. A 1983 issue of Time Magazine wrote about Sharon’s involvement, bringing about the lawsuit.
