Abstract
The article analyses the case of Sejdic and Finci v. Bosnia and Herzegovina decided by the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights on 22 December 2009, and surveys the possible models for the implementation of the judgment with regards the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Additionally, it analyzes the relevant legal documents on state and sub-state levels in Bosnia and Herzegovina, identifying numerous other instances of discrimination of non-constituent peoples ("the Others").
