Abstract

This is a Response to the Article The Agency Class Action by Michael D. Sant’Ambrogio and Adam S. Zimmerman. The Response first examines the Article’s contribution to the literature on the class action and administrative law. It then suggests that the Article implicitly provides a critique of important premises of both class action and administrative law by discussing the benefits of faceless bureaucracy.
