This book has 6 chapters covering the following themes: the transformative promise of the 2010 Constitution and new electoral laws; constitutionalism and the rule of law in the electoral process; the legislative framework on election disputes in Kenya; the role of constitutional and statutory institutions in the resolution of election disputes; an audit of election decisions in Kenya (1963-2013), excluding decisions made in relation to the general elections held in 2013 and; findings and recommendations.
