Abstract

The paper makes analysis, from international law perspective, as to the validity and acceptance of the latterly held Crimea Referendum (March 16, 2014). The impacts of the referendum not only drag the territorial sovereignty of Ukraine into the brink of uncertainty, but also ruffle the peaceful and prosperous vibe of Europe.
