Abstract
This article surveys a wide range of issues that arise in litigating statute of limitations issues under Massachusetts law. Topics covered include accrual of claims, tolling rules, amendments in pending cases, statutes of repose, application of limitations periods to counterclaims and parties added to pending cases, the Massachusetts saving statute, and claims for wrongful death and survival.
