Abstract

The gender, society, culture and family produce various constraints for women working in offices. However, the women are equally productive in all sectors of social, economic and other fields. The sample of one hundred (100) working women was selected to study their problems from Hyderabad city, Sindh. The patterns of problems included lack of family trust, transport difficulties, leave permission problems, sexual harassment, failure in participation in social occasions, psychological disorders and element of job satisfaction. The classification of respondents is as 20 were teachers, 05 were doctors, 05 were nurses and 70 were from private and social sectors.
