Abstract

This Article considers notable developments in Indiana family law during the survey period of October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013. The state statutes and published cases surveyed in this Article concern the parenting time guidelines, parents’ rights, adoption, relocation and child custody, child support, educational support orders, disposition of property and maintenance upon divorce, and mediation.
