Abstract
Sabrina Praduroux’s 'Protection of Property Rights in Comparative Perspective' is an attempt to think outside of the box. The book contains elements from multiple sources, from international treaties to various forms of case law from national, international and supranational tribunals. This book is a piece of original thinking and it seems not to follow any specific model or approach. The terrain is, both in an academic and legal sense, a rather challenging one. At its best, 'The Protection of Property Rights in Comparative Perspective' interestingly describes and analyses the new dynamics of property rights which are triggered by the on-going process of legal Europeanization and reciprocal influences (or dialogue) between European judicial key-actors.
