Abstract

This special issue of the Australian Journal of Asian Law comprises papers presented at the workshop, ‘The Constitutional Court and Democracy in Indonesia: Judging the First Decade’, which was hosted by the University of New South Wales Faculty of Law and the University of Sydney Faculty of Law on 11-12 December 2014.That workshop and this subsequent special journal issue seek to locate Indonesia within the broader comparative constitutional law literature.
