Abstract

Essay A: “The Two-State ‘Solution’: Self-Defeat 101”
Only Israel negotiates its territorial national interests. China does not (e.g., Taiwan). Russia does not (e.g., Chechnia). The United States does not (e.g., the Confederacy).
There is no “principle” of “international law” under which Israel may not annex lands conquered by it in any war. Were there that “principle”, it would have been applied to prohibit the annexation by Jordan, after the War for Independence (1948–1949), of part of Jerusalem, of Judea, and of Samaria. It was not. The “principle” would have been applied, after the War for Independence, to the taking over by Egypt of Aza, to the administration of Aza by Egypt, and to the de-facto sovereignty of Egypt of Aza. It was not.
Israel should defend its territorial integrity, as does every other country.

Essay B: “The Battered Partner”
“President” Abbas murders Jews, supports families of killed terrorists, and foments anti-Jews and anti-Judaism and anti-Israel hatred. Yet, Israel deals with “President” Abbas. Prime Minister Netantyahu shakes hands with “President” Abbas.
Moslem doctrine is that land conquered by Moslems always is land wherein Islam is to hold sway. Islamic land is never changed into non-Islamic land.
A policy declaration of the government of Israel should be, “once Jewish land, always Jewish land”. The Land of Israel, and all other territory, past and present, of Jews always is Jewish land, and always must be hospitable to Judaism. Such land may never be lawfully alienated.

Essay C: “Memo to the Government of Israel”
The subjects of the memo include Rabbi Meir Kahane (1932–1990), free speech in Israel, careless terminology of the government of Israel, and the inevitable failure of negotiations between Jews and Arabs.

Essay D: “Two Proclamations”
Subjects: Jerusalem, Capital of Israel; Boundary of Israel.
