Abstract

This is a book review of Communications and Competition Law: Key Issues in the Telecoms, Media and Technology Sectors, edited by Fabrizio Cugia di Sant’Orsola, Rehman Noormohamed and Denis Alves Guimarães (Wolters Kluwer, 2015).

This is not a typical competition law collection about the law on the books. It is about law in action with valuable insights about the adaptation of law in a dynamic regulatory domain. It is highly recommended to practitioners, experts and policy-makers in the field of communications and competition law. As convergence continues to progress, such works enable learning across regulatory areas and practice that is critical to sustain the strived for balance between level playing fields and innovation, between private and public interests.
