Abstract

In a business environment and marketplace that continuously evolves requires a management methodology that is well situated toward dealing with a dynamic business landscape. Managers across industry lines must be able to proactively guide and lead the organization through a competitive situation that shifts on an almost quarterly basis. conducive to meeting these shareholder and stakeholder requirements. Adhocracy, a management philosophy based on allocating resources and personnel to projects and initiatives that are priorities, and doing so in a dynamic manner, appears to offer a solution to this dilemma.
