Abstract

This is a review of both Tarunabh Khaitan's book entitled A Theory of Discrimination Law (2015) and the state of Hong Kong's anti-discrimination law. The claim in the review is that Khaitan's theory can help Hong Kong's judges, lawyers and students to understand the concept and problem of discrimination better, so that the present state of disarray in the territory's laws on discrimination can be alleviated.
