Abstract
This is an overview of the role of the AGPT IN THE ADMINISTRATION of intestate estates in Lagos State. It distills the gaps in the process of administration by identifying the points at which the AGPT takes over the administration of an estate. The paper makes suggestions towards a better engaging and home-grown administration process.
