Abstract
The Institute of International Commercial Law (IICL) has teamed-up with JAMS, the largest private arbitration and mediation service provider in the USA, to offer the IICL-JAMS Global Training Series on International Sales Law and Arbitration. The program comprises a series of online video lectures on International Sales Law topics presented by subject matter experts for law students, practitioners, and contracts professionals. The lectures focus on the renowned UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna, 1980) (CISG) and are accompanied by concise analysis of the issues explored, as well as by references to relevant scholarly works and jurisprudence. The "Salient Issues of International Sales Law" comprises a compilation of the materials on international sale of goods contracts prepared for the IICL-JAMS Global Training Series.
