Abstract

This study has been undertaken to comparatively investigate strategy models. Porter’s framework models, value chain and MIT’s Delta model have been studied in detail. Porter’s four corners model designed by Michael Porter of Harvard Business School, his five forces model, six forces model, value chain analysis also been studied. Michael Porter's National Diamond framework and Dean Wilde and Arnoldo Hax designed Delta Model are also studied in detail. The strong points and benefits over earlier proposed models have been comparatively analyzed. This study output is in form of comparative analysis of these models and recommendation for the adopting best suitable strategy model according to business, factors and suitability.
