Abstract

The Practicum in Animal Welfare Skills (PAWS) brings together students from the University of Georgia School of Law, legal and law enforcement professionals from the Athens-Clarke County (ACC) Unified Government, and private parties interested in improving animal welfare in the Athens area, for the sake of the animals and the people who care about them. This Article focuses on the evolution of the Practicum in Animal Welfare Skills (PAWS) at UGA School of Law.
