Abstract

Is our food radioactive? What kinds and levels of radiation are harmful? What kinds of food have the highest levels of radiation? We will focus on anthropogenic ionizing radiation from nuclear reactors and weapons. Little data is available to the public, so we will analyze statistics, historic examples of exposure, and basic biologic science to address these questions.
