Abstract

This study aims to: 1) the effect of interest on the students motivation to learn; (2) the effect of peer environment on the results of student motivation; (3) the effect of parental supervision of students' motivation study ;, and (4) the effect of interest study, peer environment and attention of parents of student motivation. The population in this study were all students of SMK office administration. To answer the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression with F test and t test. It can be concluded that: (1) there are significant interest in learning about student motivation; (2) there is the effect of peer environment on student motivation; (3) there is the influence of parents' attention to the motivation to learn; and (4) there are significant interest in learning.
