Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of interest in learning, learning motivation, intelligence level, and learning environment on learning achievement of class XI students of State Vocational School in Jakarta. This study uses a survey with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is students of class XI in Jakarta Vocational High School. The sample used in this study amounted to 140 students using proportional random sampling technique. Y variable data (learning achievement) is secondary data, while variable X1 data (learning interest), X2 (learning motivation), X3 (intelligence level), and X4 (learning environment) are primary data using the Likert scale international standardized scale model. The data is then tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple regression analysis and classical assumption tests which are then processed using the SPSS version 20.00 program. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence between interest in learning, learning motivation, intelligence level, and learning environment on student learning achievement. The influence of interest in learning, learning motivation, intelligence level, and learning environment on learning achievement of Class XI students of State Vocational Schools in Jakarta is 71,8% and the rest 1,718% are influenced by other factors not examined.
