Abstract

The main objective of paper to develop the smart dustbin trolley with auto follower path. In industry boiler ash, chemical wastage collection and their disposal is very difficult by human being because they are very hazardous in nature and harmful for the human being. If these wastes are not collected completely and disposed safely then they are harmful for environment also. In this paper explain design of microcontroller based smart dustbin trolley with auto follower path. When trolley-bin is filled by any type of industrial or any other waste, then Arduino Uno will detect the level as well as garbage. If one or both parameter equal or exceed the limit, then trolley automatically start and using line follower technique reach the dump area and wait for manual dumping at disposal location and when bin is empty then come back to its initial position for next dumping cycle. To avoid accident we also add the feature that, while moving the trolley if any person or obstacle come in front of trolley then it automatically stop and when person or obstacle goes away then start to its destination.
