Abstract

Amici American Association of the Deaf-Blind, American Council of the Blind, Burton Blatt Institute, Disability Rights Advocates, National Federation of the Blind, World Institute on Disability, and Sina Bahram are national organizations and an individual dedicated to advocating for people with print disabilities. This brief argues that the Supreme Court should uphold the 11th Circuit's decision in Georgia v. Public.Resource.org that annotations of legal materials should not be copyrightable.
