Abstract

Professor Herbert Hovenkamp is the most cited and most decorated antitrust scholar of our time. We explore what the commonly used scholarly impact metrics say about Professor Hovenkamp’s position of influence, recognizing that traditional metrics do not capture his full impact as a scholar, thinker, and intellectual. Professor Hovenkamp has influenced the evolution of antitrust law.
